TNA News: Company Having Financial Issues, Knockouts Profiled in Magazine

– TNA Wrestling is reportedly having financial issues. The company is reportedly paying talent and vendors late on a regular basis. “Vendors and wrestlers are paid late all the time,” says a recent report. “Janice Carter controls the purse strings. Only a certain amount of money over what they bring in can be spent and it’s prioritized where it goes.”

Janice, the mother of TNA president Dixie Carter, took control of the company in order to stop losses under Dixie. Janice has set a company policy of only allowing TNA what the funding that is “deemed necessary” so as to keep financial losses down.

– Inside Wrestling features Mickie James and Gail Kim from Genesis on the cover. The magazine criticizes the company for revolving the Knockouts Division around Mickie and Gail, with the headline: “Has The Knockouts Division Become The Mickie-Gail Show? It’s Time To Open Things Up – BFG Style!”
