Plans For The Rock, John Cena and Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 29 (POSSIBLE SPOILERS)

April 19, 2012 | Posted by Larry Csonka

– Following the early estimate that WrestleMania 28 did 1.3 million buys; word is that the chances of a Rock vs. John Cena rematch have gone up. While it may not take place at WrestleMania 29, word is that the rematch will happen in the next 12-months.

When the Rock left after WrestleMania 28, he revealed that he would come back, because his vision was to win the WWE Title once again. As of this week, WWE’s plans are to main event WrestleMania 29 with Rock facing either Cena or Brock Lesnar for the WWE Title.

There are several factors that will decide on who Rock faces. One of the factors is how Lesnar’s first few months go and how over he is after his first match at Extreme Rules with John Cena.

While there were talks of announcing the main event of WrestleMania 29 one-year in advance, the company will likely hold off until the fall before making any official announcements.
