WWE Officials Press Release on Saturday Morning Show
– WWE issued a press release promoting their new Saturday Morning Slam show that will air on The CW. The show will be part of the kids TV block titled “Vortexx” and will be the first time since 2001 that the company has a program in a kids’ time slot. The show premieres August 25th at 10 AM and will be a half-hour long.
Vince McMahon comments in the press release, saying, “WWE has a long history on Saturday mornings, and we’re thrilled to make our action-packed return on Vortexx with WWE Saturday Morning Slam. The new program enables us to further engage kids and families, a vital component of WWE’s passionate and multi-generational fan base.”
