UPDATE: The Rock’s Return Leads To a Big Viewership Number For Raw
UPDATE: According to Wrestlingobserver.com, the final rating for Monday’s Raw was a 3.1, which is the best number since August 27th. The rating is looked at as a very positive one, due to the BSC Championship game being the second most watched show in the history of cable television. The expectations for next week’s ratings are high, due to there being no competition from football.
ORIGINAL : The January 7th edition of WWE Monday Night Raw averaged 4,420,000 viewers. This is the best three hour average since back in August. The show did hours of 4,290,000, 4,320,000 and 4,650,000. Not only did the show’s rating score well, but also Raw did so against the BCS National Championship game, which drew 26.3 million viewers.
